Advertising agency focused on business payback

We turn advertising into a manageable business tool with transparent analytics and controlled growth
Clients stay with us for the long term
Case 1: Profi-Shtenli
e-commerce / goods retail
WAS:

Advertising had already worked and showed a positive ROI, but growth hit a ceiling. When the budget increased, sales barely grew— the budget was being spent without results. Campaigns were optimized for CPL and formal metrics, without understanding which of them actually bring sales and profit. There was no clear answer on what could drive further growth and which actions really affect revenue.
BECAME:

  • We built end-to-end analytics from advertising to sales.
  • We stopped scaling “cheap leads” and started scaling campaigns with real sales.
  • Even on the same advertising budget, the business began to earn more — revenue grew by about +$13,000 and ROI rose by more than 200%.
After that, scaling became predictable and manageable: budget growth began to convert directly into growth in sales and profit
Case 2: Next100
service / launch from scratch
WAS:

The project was launched practically from scratch. There was no customer acquisition system, no clear funnel and no understanding of which channels could bring steady sales. The main risk was burning the budget at the start without knowing what works and how to scale further.
BECAME:

  • We launched performance marketing as a system: from the first ad campaigns to a steady flow of leads and sales.
  • We connected several channels at once: Google, Yandex, Facebook, TikTok
  • We built analytics and payback control.
The project reached a positive ROI right from the start, and average advertising payback hit 200–300%. The business got a steady flow of customers with clear economics
Case 3: Podevyus
tourism / travel agency
WAS:

Advertising was not delivering the required result and there was no understanding of the return on investment. Campaigns were launched without a focus on leads and sales:

  • In Instagram, ads ran through the “Boost” button with the goal of profile visits
  • In Google, the “Maximize clicks” strategy was used without conversion goals
  • There was no end-to-end analytics and no link between advertising and real sales
  • In effect, advertising worked for awareness rather than for tour sales
BECAME:

  • Built end-to-end analytics from advertising to sales
  • Set up advertising campaigns correctly and goals for leads
  • Tested different landing solutions: quizzes, lead forms, Instagram messages
  • Already in the first month, quizzes showed the best result in the number of tours sold
Advertising became measurable and manageable. The number of leads, qualified leads and tour sales grew, and the business gained an understanding of which tools really bring profit and what truly needs to be scaled further.
Case 4: Winters
climate equipment showroom / e-commerce
WAS:

The client's goal was to increase sales and build performance marketing as a system. After the audit it became clear that advertising was not focused on results for the business. Goals and events in the ad accounts were configured incorrectly, which meant that cheap but non-converting leads were attracted. TikTok campaigns were launched without UTM tags and segmentation, creatives were not tested, and budgets were allocated without understanding payback. As a result, the client had no data on ROI, profit and the real effectiveness of channels.
BECAME:

Analytics and accounting:
  • Set up deal tracking by UTM tags in Bitrix24; • Introduced deal tagging and correct profit accounting; • Built end-to-end analytics with payback calculation for each ad campaign; • Optimized the lead qualification process

Advertising campaigns:
  • Correctly set up goals in GA4; • Optimized campaigns for forms, calls and chats; • Improved search ads; • In TikTok — target audience segmentation, video creative tests, optimization for forms; • In Facebook — tests of audiences, creatives, quizzes and lead forms
Built transparent marketing economics where decisions were made on the basis of data. The project reached positive ROI from the very first month and never went into the red throughout the work
Case 5: Supertextile
manufacturing / custom curtains and roller blinds
WAS:

The client's main goal was to keep production fully loaded, but growth in advertising budgets did not lead to more orders. Scaling advertising had no effect: the number of leads and sales did not increase. Campaigns were optimized for cost per lead rather than payback, which created a false sense of effectiveness. Moreover, the ad accounts were technically misconfigured — from poor-quality ads and broad keywords in Google to incorrect goals in GA4 and events in TikTok.
BECAME:

  • Made all corrections to the ad campaigns following the audit
  • Rebuilt goals and events for real leads and sales
  • Optimized the structure of the ad accounts
  • Built end-to-end analytics
  • Moved from scaling by lead price to scaling by ROI
Advertising became manageable and predictable. Over the year the project has kept a positive ROI of 114% to 277%, including the off-season. Production is steadily loaded and the cooperation continues.
Case 6: WorldClass
fitness / fitness club
WAS:

The client came for an MSM audit without an acute advertising request and was generally satisfied with their current contractor. Campaigns worked, no critical technical errors were observed, but analytics were limited to click and total spend metrics. There was no understanding of how many leads and sales advertising brings, which channels really pay off, and how to optimize budgets in terms of profit. In effect, marketing decisions were made without relying on financial metrics.
BECAME:

Built end-to-end analytics from advertising to sales and implemented Bitrix24, which made it possible to track the customer journey and the payback of every ad campaign. In parallel, we strengthened advertising in Facebook and Google: tested different audiences, creatives and formats, as well as different landing solutions — quizzes, lead forms and Instagram messages. Based on analytics data, we optimized campaigns and reallocated budgets in favor of the most profitable combinations.
Even with correctly working advertising, growth is limited without data-driven management. After implementing analytics, reallocating budgets by payback and testing audiences, segments and creatives, we were able to multiply the result. As a result, advertising became manageable in terms of profit, and the project reached an ROI of 422%.
Case 7: Avtokapital
car import to order / services
WAS:

Advertising ran without an understanding of the real economics. The client saw ad campaign costs and individual leads, but did not understand how much money actually comes back as sales and whether budgets can be safely increased.
BECAME:

  • Set up ad campaigns with a correct structure and optimization logic
  • Built an analytics system and prepared the CRM to collect end-to-end economics
  • Linked advertising costs to real deals and sales
  • Got a transparent picture: how much one sale costs and how the budget affects the result
Over a year and a half of work it became clear that, regardless of budget size, sales stayed at 5–7 deals. After advertising spend was cut by more than half, the sales volume did not change. This made it possible to fix the optimal budget and shift focus from increasing spend to improving the sales process, so as to scale further through conversion rather than growing ad investment.

What problems clients come to us with

"Unresolved key business objectives"

Sales department is not loaded with leads
The sales plan isn't being met not because of weak selling but because of a lack of inbound inquiries.
Leads convert poorly into deals
Customers don't understand the product's value, advertising doesn't build company awareness, and its offers are unclear to the target audience.
Advertising budget is spent inefficiently
There is no view of payback or of each channel's contribution to revenue. As a result, costs grow while advertising effectiveness doesn't.

“Advertising seems to be there, but there's no control or predictability”

No competent specialists
The market is flooded with targeting and PPC specialists who run 20–40 projects “with half an eye”: they don't see the whole picture, provide very limited analytics and give minimal time to feedback, so they cannot manage results properly.
Scattered specialists pulling in different directions
Targeting specialists, PPC specialists and designers literally pull the budget in different directions, protecting only their own interests. The entrepreneur lacks the control and experience to effectively coordinate image and sales traffic.
No marketing management and planning
There is no single dedicated “conductor” who manages the goals and economics of the area, can talk to the owner in business language and deeply manages junior specialists.

“We are only launching advertising”

It's unclear where to start and what is critical at the start
Website, advertising, analytics, CRM — no understanding of the sequence and priorities
No basic infrastructure for advertising
The business is not ready to receive traffic. There is no established lead-handling logic: CRM, funnel, responsibility, control — it's all either missing or put together on the fly
No common plan for synchronization between departments
Advertising, sales and lead handling work in isolation. There is no single launch scenario: who takes the leads, how fast, using what script and what counts as a result
No understanding of how to evaluate results at the start
It's scary to launch advertising without knowing what to count as success: leads, sales, payback, or “it's normal that it doesn't work at first”
“Profit growth, not just clicks and impressions”
How Performance marketing differs from the classic approach
Clicks, leads, traffic seem to be there... but sales and profit aren't growing?

We combine the tools into one whole and take responsibility not for clicks but for:
Revenue growth

Repeat purchases (LTV)
Strategic marketing
Work on the product, positioning, market, brand and image.
So that advertising sells meaning, not just price.
Sales department and CRM
We build the work of the sales department: processes, scripts, KPIs, accountability. We implement a CRM: we build lead-handling logic, speed control and ad quality assessment.
Advertising and sales work to one scenario and one goal
Management and business logic
Building the business model, strategy sessions, project management, setting up processes and metrics.
So that growth is managed, not accidental
When needed, we bring in:
If the product, funnel, sales and management are not connected into one system, clicks won't turn into money. That's why we start not with “launching ads” but with understanding how the business makes money and where it may be losing it.

Why?
So as not to spend budgets blindly. The Performance check-up makes sure that the whole marketing infrastructure works correctly — from ad accounts to CRM and analytics. It helps to understand where data, budgets and leads leak away, and where the system fails.

Introductory live brief for the project
Brief question areas (up to 2 hours)
Why?
A live brief is like taking measurements before tailoring a suit. Without it you can sew at random, but it won't fit. It saves tens of thousands in budget and months of work.
Before taking on a project, we always start with a live brief. It's not a formality but a mandatory step: in 2 hours of a live meeting (online/offline) we uncover the key parameters of the business and assemble the puzzle of product, market, audience, competitors and numbers.
Introductory live brief — a start with full immersion
02
Stage two — FOUNDATION FOR GROWTH
We form the advertising strategy
We fix errors and correct current campaigns
Foundation for growth
Why does advertising not work without a link to business goals?
An advertising strategy is the foundation without which any campaign turns into a chaotic set of actions.
The strategy sets a clear route: it shows how advertising is directly tied to unit economics, where the weak spots are and which channels really work. As a result, the budget is spent wisely, actions are coordinated, and results can be measured by clear KPIs rather than gut feeling.

For the business this means one thing — advertising stops being a “hit-or-miss” experiment and becomes a tool for predictable growth.
Strategic block
We dive into the product, market, competitors and audience. We find real growth points, not assumed ones
Goals and metrics
We model target indicators based on retrospective data or unit economics: we determine the budget needed to reach the goals, the sales department's conversion, the minimum number of sales and other key indicators
Audience segmentation
Based on CustDev research, call recording analysis, an expert brief and our experience, we segment the market with detailed personas and decision-making specifics
DMU and CustDev
We identify who makes the purchase decision and confirm hypotheses through interviews with customers and sales
Building the CJM
We show how the customer makes a decision — from the first thought to the purchase. At each stage we define influence points and barriers and form advertising offers that bring the customer closer to buying.
Testing hypotheses in HADI cycles
A clear list of which hypotheses we test and in what order
Building the media plan
We fix channels, budgets, creatives and the launch calendar. Everything is transparent, consistent and measurable
Advertising strategy development
At this stage you get a step-by-step plan with calculations and hypotheses that works both with us and without us — and delivers a predictable result, not just clicks and impressions from “today's targeting specialist”
Optimization. Correction and fixing errors in current campaigns
While the strategy is being formed, based on the check-up results our PPC specialists are already putting existing ad campaigns in order — you see the first improvements right away!
We correct pixels and events
We check that funnels are set up correctly in the CRM
We launch the first test campaigns and creatives
We optimize audiences and metrics
This way you don't lose customers and budget even now, while in parallel we prepare a full-fledged strategy
03
Stage three — LAUNCH
Implementation and digital support of the strategy
Campaign launch and optimization
Consistent work at every stage
